Seller not responding to a problem I have with their item
I purchased Samsung Galaxy s21 5G from Diamond Wireless Deals / WirelessDealsInc back in March 2024. The description of the item was "New Unlocked" but after 3 months of using the phone, it suddenly stopped working. Complete black screen and won't even take a charge. I emailed the seller; a week later still no response from them. I tried to escalate the issue to eBay but it seems impossible to talk to anyone and or get through.

The eBay guarantee is for 30 days after receipt, so it is too late for them or the seller to help.
Items sold on eBay are generally not eligible for the manufacturer's warranty, but have you tried contacting Samsung?
You could also ask your credit card issuer if they have buyer protection that can help.
