Seller not responding or shipping off item

Question

I ordered a item last week and it still hasn't been shipped off and seller doesn't respond at all ? What my next step to take please I tried returning it eBay said it's to late to cancel and there's a due date on when I can start my scam report. I feel scammed?

@gonzale-63 Sellers can have handling times of 0 to 40 days, they just have to make sure the item arrives by the last estimated delivery date stated on the listing or the buyer can file a refund request. Sellers are not required to respond to messages but it is of course good customer service to do so.
