Seller Not Responding Not Meeting Lifetime Warranty
I purchased an automotive part at the end of January early February. The part was a Lifetime Warranty at least that is how it was advertised. I have had to change the part 2 other times because the part is faulty. I have contacted the seller a number of times within the last 10 days and have not gotten any response whatsoever. How am I supposed to go about reporting the seller to Ebay and getting a refund?

Mentor2 months agoWarranties are provided by manufacturers and not sellers. A seller can only help with a warranty issue if they are an authorized dealer for the manufacturer. eBay's money back guaranty is only good for 30 days from receipt of the item so eBay cannot help you now.
