seller not responding its past 30 days since I ordered
I have contacted the buyer. The item was shipped but returned to her. She has the item back and my money and she knows it. She is not responding to me. I want the item or my money back.

If so, check the status of your case and ask eBay to step in if you are due a refund and the case has not yet been closed:

The seller has three business days to act once a case has been started. After that you have up to twenty-one business days from starting the case to ask eBay to step in. Do not wait too long or the case will close.
If you have waited too long and the case has been closed due to inaction, or if you are unable to get eBay to step in, you may still have recourse through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months of protection from the date of purchase.
