Seller not responding and shipping
Hi ,
I have bought a phone, the seller made me an offer with discount but he neither has shipped my order nor responding to my msg?
I noticed he has deleted all his listing products as well. Looks like spam.
On July 10 would be estimated delivery time?
Can I open a ticket before that? How long it takes for ebay to send my money back?

Mentor3 years agoWhen it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
You cannot open a case before the day after the last estimated delivery date has passed as you agreed to that date when you made your purchase.

OP3 years agoHi, thanks for the answer. So basically, I can't do anything until these 3 days after estimation delivery pass. How long it takes for ebay to send the money back if the seller doesn't reflect?
Should i contract the bank to file a dispute? Or better wait for the ebay, because i will travel in 2 weeks.
