Seller Not Responding After Purchase
Hi, I bought a camera for $120.
The seller said in the listing that they can send a video of the camera working if I ask. So after I bought it, I asked if they could send me a video. I also asked about the LCD screen issue in the description.
But it has been over a day and the seller has not replied. The item is not shipped yet either.
I am not sure what to do. Did I ask too many questions? Is it possible that I got blocked? I think if I was blocked I could not send messages. But my messages are still going through.
Should I wait more?
Also I heard that if I cancel the order the seller has to accept it. So I may not be able to cancel it by myself.
If the seller continues to not respond, would it be correct to open a case with eBay for “item not received” after a few days from the purchase date?

Sellers can't send videos in eBay messages.
If the seller doesn't ship then you can file a not received refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date.
Or if it arrives and is not as described file a return request within 30 days of the date of delivery. Select doesn't match description or photos. The seller pays return shipping.
