Seller not responding
Seller not responding and not shipping item.
Changed listing and location from US to Indonesia after item paid.
Ebay automated help has no many option to resolve problem.

Mentor3 years agoThere is nothing to do until the item is late. Your purchase included an estimated delivery date - that still applies no matter the change. The seller can change it for future sales, what was there when you made your purchase still applies.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
