Seller not responding

Hi, I recently purchased an item but the seller is not responding to my emails. I need eBay's help but can not find a link or contact number. Please help

Unless you need to arrange a pickup, generally it is not necessary to contact the seller or eBay.

If the item does not arrive by the last estimated delivery date and there is no tracking showing delivery, file an "item not received" case with eBay.

You can contact eBay through the Help & Contact page to request a call back, but eBay will not be able to do much until the delivery is late.
