seller not responding
I purchased an iphone from a seller (hq.enterprise) and when I took the phone to the Verizon store they could not activate it because it was reported lost/stolen. How do i get my money back. I have tried to contact the seller with no response.
I tried to do a return but the item # is not working and I cannot find a way to bypass the system to make a request.
