Seller not responding
I bought a tire changer that had a 1 year warranty. I used it maybe 3 times and parts broke. I contacted the seller and followed all their instructions. He sent 1 part but it wasn't what was wrong. I've emailed them back multiple times and the warranty ends this month. Will Ebay help with this situation? Does Ebay back their sellers or support their buyers? Feel like I have a $2,500.00 paper weight.
