Seller Not Responding

Question

I wanted to return a package I received, but the seller sent me the wrong label. I sent them a message about this, and they haven't answered in five days. What do I do?

Don’t use that wrong label.

Since the seller isn’t responding, go to your order and start a return here

Choose “wrong item” or “doesn’t match description.”

That moves everything into the system so the seller has to provide the correct label, and if they still don’t respond, eBay will step in and resolve it.

Right now you’re just stuck in messages. Opening the return is what actually gets it moving.
