Seller not responding
Bought boots in 12/22. Said to arrive from eBay by 12/31. Tried to cancel and get money back in 1/5. Was denied by eBay. The seller hasn’t responded to any messages sent in 12/23, 12/27, 1/3 and again 1/7. WTH am I to do?? I want my money back

Mentor8 months agoBuyers cannot cancel their purchases, they can only request that the seller cancel the transaction, but the seller is not obligated to comply.
What is the estimated date of delivery according to the order details in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
