Seller not responding
I bought some dishes from a seller. They arrived damaged, badly. Seller asks for items back with promised prepaid label. It's now been 3 weeks. The labels have not been received. I have reached out to the seller, and she refuses to respond any further. What do I do from here

Mentor3 years agoDon't wait any longer seller is hoping you wait till your time runs out. Don't not use your funds for the return. Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, damaged. Do this now. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
