Seller not responding
Hey everyone. I have a problem. I purchased a camera from a seller in Japan. I've done this before and never had an issue. But this seller, "Climb-2021" will not cancel my order nor reply to me. They sent me a UPS tracking number but I ordered this camera August 28th, 2023. "Your package will be transferred from the Yamato Transport International TA-Q-BIN Center in Okinawa to an international airport in the Kanto area.
The tracking of your package will be updated when it arrives at the international airport." Last message I received was, "Please rest assured. I will ensure that the items will be delivered". After that, I received a pop up that said, "No longer a registered user."

After 6 months … the only help you can get is from your credit card company. eBay cannot help you after all this time. I’m very sorry.
