Hello sir i buy two item men jacket.I am looking shiping tracking number seller not post yet.I send massage seller he not answering also. item order number 24-11147-24668 blue color. next item order number 07-11145-46035.please let me know what do next.Seller not try ship item and i am waiting tracking number.This so so long take time why.Thank you.

When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
