Seller not replying
I won an item costing alot of money, I messaged to arrange collection. He replied to say as he was dismantling it it was broke and unsafe. So would either give me the refund or get it fixed and then I could have it. After almost 4 weeks of messages he still has not replied. Ebay says I'm not protected, which I'm not sure why. I can't figure out how I can speak to someone to get a refund. I would just like my money back. This is only the 2nd time I've ever bought anything on ebay.

There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.
In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.
