Seller not refunding
Seller says my item arrived back to her house and she won’t resend but will refund . Seller said I needed to close my report that item hadn’t arrived , because it wouldn’t allow her to refund me as long as case was open . I did , now seller isn’t refunding or replying to me! Was I tricked? She owes me $40 and I can’t get anywhere with eBay now, they say “ case closed†! I want my money back !

The seller tricked you. NEVER close a request before you have received a refund.
