Seller not refunding.

Question

Seller agreed to refund in messages but then said they couldnâ€™t refund and that eBay would have to do it. eBay is saying wait until the 12th and if the item hasnâ€™t arrived they would help but there is no item coming as the seller has said that. Would like to get my money back now to pursue other purchases. What can I do?

Hi @koolsbum0 The seller can refund, but maybe doesn't know how. If the seller won't refund, you'll have to wait until after the estimated delivery date (the 12th) to request a refund under eBay's Money Back Guarantee. If the seller didn't ship the item, don't worry you'll be refunded in full.
