seller not receiving paid funds
My item arrived but the tracking doesn't reflect that. I have paid but the funds have not been released to the buyer.
Obviously, there is no way to talk to an Ebay rep to sort it out.
Help please.

·1 year agoNo, it's simply entirely true. You made the payment through eBay's system, eBay will eventually release the payment to the seller. You have no control over that process nor any responsibility for it after you've submitted your initial order. The seller may have their payment held for reasons that have nothing to do with you or your order, in fact.

It is not the buyer's responsibility to see that the seller receives their payout.
The seller can use their account on Ebay to determine the status of their payout.

OP1 year agoSounds great but the seller is not getting paid (funds held) until the tracking says the package arrived.
Nobody will take my word that I received the package.

Did you understand that buyers are NOT responsible for seeing that their seller is paid? There is nothing you can do to put your payment in the seller's account ... NOTHING ... but I do admire your wanting to help.
If tracking doesn't update to show 'Delivered' ... then the seller will receive their payment after 30 days.
