Seller not receiving info requsting
I purchased a cremation urn I paid for it. It said it would be delivered between July 29 and August 3. I was supposed to give text for an inscription along with the photo.. I’ve sent this three times apparently the seller is not getting this information. I changed my email to see if that would help in settings. How do I contact the seller to give him this information?

OP1 week agoI tried. Apparently my emails are blocked and he isn’t receiving them I think. I sent it again but it’s a cremation urn I need it next week they have already taken the money.

Mentor1 week agoOMG, I am so sorry. If you have to get an alternative, then I would do it and then if this one arrives send it back as arrived too late or charge it back on your credit card.
This has to be very stressful.

Mentor1 week agoYou should be able to obtain the seller's phone number.
You can find a seller's phone number in the following places on eBay, if they've opted to share their number:
When you select Contact seller and then Other on the Find answers page, you'll see an option to view the seller's phone number
If you continue to the contact form from the Find answers page, you'll see an option to view the seller's phone number at the bottom of the page
If you respond to an email from a seller who has shared their number, you'll see an option to view the seller's phone number at the bottom of the page
You can also go to the Order Details in your Purchase History and sometimes the seller's contact info will be there.
