Seller not providing shipping label
The seller wants me to print a label for over $1,000 to send back an item that was wrong. How do I get a live person and Ebay to let them know we are at a stalemate and the return needs to be facilitated by a flesh and blood advisor. I even had to pay and additional $93 to UPS when the shoe stretcher arrived. Please help.

·1 year agoIf you file an Item not as described case with eBay the seller will be responsible for the return postage if he whats the item back.

OP1 year agoHe gave me an address in China and because it will cost $1,000 he wants to give me a $90 discount. I want it gone! He told Ebay he sent a label but only sent an address. So everytime I try to escalate it it sends me to write to the sender. Do you know how I tell Ebay that he did not send a label?
