Seller not providing ANY information regarding item condition.
Summary: 3876james expressed frustration with a seller who has not responded to multiple requests for information about an item's condition since July 19th. They find it challenging to bid without these details and are considering contacting an eBay agent or filing a complaint.
Since July 19th, I have messaged this seller 3 times to ask about the condition of an item.
I have not received anything in the way of response - Not even acknowledgment that they got my message.
It is difficult to bid on an item when you have no details as to its condition.
And it is very frustrating when a person doesn't get back to you.
I'm frustrated enough that I would like to talk with an ebay agent....Perhaps even file a complaint.

MentorAug 10, 2026 at 3:32 PM@3876james If the seller will not reply to questions that can not be answered on the listing then it is time to find another seller. eBay customer service can not make the seller respond.
If they have this bad of customer service before buying I would be concerned about how the handle the rest of the transaction.
