seller not providing a return shipping label
i am trying to return something that had free returns and the seller has not provided a return shipping label. It has been more than 10 days and I contacted the seller about a week ago. I keep trying to report the seller and I can not find the place to do it because when I click return details- reporting the seller or asking eBay to "step in and help" is not an option

If you have started a return and it has been more than three business days but less than twenty-one business days, if the seller is required to provide a return label or refund you, you should be able to check the status of your case and ask eBay to step in, if necessary:
