Seller not provide contact number for returning the package
I open case for return and system notify me about the address of the seller.
And I need to ship it back with tracking number.
But the problem is seller didn't provide contact number and I cannot ship it out wihout contact number.
I tried to message seller and asking for contact number and he never respond.
What should I do next?

Mentor3 months agoIf you file the Ebay Return Request, you do not need the seller's contact number. Have you been provided with the return shipping label?

Ship the item back by Jul 13
Purchase a label from your preferred carrier and ship the item back. Please add tracking details for your return shipment by Jul 13.
Once your item is delivered, you can expect a refund within 3 business days.

OP3 months agoI went to DHL, UPS and Fedex all of the told me that without contact number they cannot ship it.

Mentor3 months agoYou can find a seller's phone number in the following places on eBay, if they've opted to share their number:
When you select Contact seller and then Other on the Find answers page, you'll see an option to view the seller's phone number
If you continue to the contact form from the Find answers page, you'll see an option to view the seller's phone number at the bottom of the page
If you respond to an email from a seller who has shared their number, you'll see an option to view the seller's phone number at the bottom of the page
