seller not honoring warranty
I purchased a water pump from apluparts2016 that had a 1 year warranty, it failed within 3 months, the seller says it has passed the refund period and will not refund, they will only send a replacement which have already replaced so I do not want another faulty product from them. The time period has also passed so I can not give them the review they deserve

Mentor1 year agoebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item. If you paid via Paypal or a credit card, file a charge back with them to get your money back.

·1 year agoPayPal update-PayPal is 30 days to dispute not as described now but not received is still 180 days.
