Seller not honoring the price after purchase made and paid for.
I initiated contact with a seller asking for confirmation that the posted "Buy It Now" price was correct. I waited for a response. Several hours after send the inquiry, I went ahead and made the purchase. Later that day, I received a response that they wold not sell at the listed price. I paid with a credit card at the time of purchase and I have heard nothing more from the seller. How should I proceed?

Mentor1 year agoThe seller cannot charge you more for the item if there was a Buy It Now price.
Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
