Seller not honoring refund

Question

I bought an item from seller electronics225, and the item did not fit because it was to big. Seller electronics225 asked me to revise my feedback and they would give me a refund. I revised the feedback, and yet, the seller has not and is not responding to my messages. I have been waiting almost 2 months on this seller electronics225 to honor their word. Getting help from eBay seems impossible, the automatic chat is not helpful. What does the community suggest in helping me get my refund?

@tsoc70 There is nothing you can do through Ebay any longer since the Ebay 30 days to use the Money Back Guarantee has passed.
