Seller not cooperating with a return
Bought an item, received a different item than listing that is also counterfeit. Contacted seller, they sent an invalid return address with no return label, so I have no way to ship it back. Automated help is useless. How do I get Ebay help getting my refund?

Did you open a Return Request or are you just communicating with the seller?
A) If you didn't open a case, you should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.

B) If you already opened a Return Request, and the seller hasn't sent a correct label to you, then use eBay's social media customer service to get assistance
