Seller not cooperating

So I purchased a NEW grille shudder for my Toyota Tundra on Aug 8th that arrived with a little damage and immediately contacted seller. Since it was cosmetic damage I chose to use item anyways. Now a little over a month later and the item has quit operating and I need for seller to warranty it and send me another ir refund my money so I can go elsewhere and get one. After multiple attempts the seller is just giving me the run around so I filed a defective item return in it and seller has now denied that as well. I have some everything I know and that has been asked of me. It says in listing it has a 3yr warranty on it but seller is refusing what can I do now??

Mentor2 weeks agoAny warranty you may have now would be with the manufacturer not the Ebay seller. Try contacting the manufacturer of the part.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee generally protects your purchases for up to 30 days from delivery. Because not only has that Guarantee has expired, the Seller is not required to accept the return.
The listing shows a 3-year manufacturer's warranty. You would need to contact them to possibly file a claim. Because the item was used, that may have voided the warranty.
Your option might be to try to file a chargeback with your bank. But again, the item was used.

OP2 weeks agoYes I did use it and it went defective. Sorry I thought you were thinking I purchased a used part.
