Seller not contacting

I bought an item, and the seller will not contact me. I have tried canceling the order, but they will not cancel. How do I get my money back?

@br-663655 . I understand that it's frustrating that your seller is not responding. However buyers can only request to cancel. The seller can accept or decline. Sorry your purchase didn't go smoothly. Here's how to get your money back. Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date . You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
