Seller not communicating with me
Hi, I ordered an item along with Allstate Protection plan. Allstate responded immediately but there has been NO communication from seller for 5 days now. I have sent a message each day for the last 4 days with no response. EBays automated system says hang tight, expected deliver is Jan. 3 REALLY? I purchased it Nov. 22! OK, seems like a long delivery time but why isn't the seller communicating with me? Second, how long do I have to report a problem to eBay and request a refund of my money before I loose the opportunity to do so ?
