Seller not accepting returns

Question

I've been selling (and buying) on eBay for many years. Now, it seems if I list something for sale I *must* accept returns for 30 days at my shipping expense. Is this true ?? If so, I'm finished selling on eBay

This new policy was introduced in July 2025. It only applies to listings of new items in Parts and Accessories. In the event of a refund request, eBay should split the cost of the return label with you. Here is more information
