Seller no longer registered

Question

I purchased an item but the seller is no longer registered. My payment is still processing. Tried calling ebay. Can't cancel order on my end because of order window. Suggestions on what I should fo?

Here is what eBay says about removed listings:

"What happens if I bought something from a seller who's been removed from eBay?

If you haven't paid for the item, you won't need to. The item should've been removed from your purchase history. We encourage you to look for a similar item from a different seller.

If you already paid for the item, please follow these steps:

Wait 10 days for the item to arrive.
If you haven't received it within 10 days, please let us know your item hasn't arrived.

If you receive your item, but want to return it, you can request a refund."

It is possible that the seller did ship out your item before their account was removed. If so they will not be able to add any tracking.

You will need to wait to see if the item shows up by the last estimated delivery date. If it does not you can open a item not revived refund. As soon as you can go back to the refund case and ask eBya to step in and note the seller is no longer registered.
