Seller no longer an ebay seller and goods were sent damaged
I ordered adavantage flea drops and the tubes are all empty except at least one and it smells like perfume. I have 3 cats I need this for and now I can't seem to get help. The automated help is saying I have no requests to take care of. My orders show a return request, but I have no seller now. I haven't located a customer help number for merchandise. Any ideas?

Go to your Purchase History, find the order and click on "View return request details". Then click on the link to have Ebay step in to help you.

OP1 year agoThank you for your reply. I have and it only says " return request and nothing else.
