We ordered an item and totally forgot about it as we are busy. When I noticed the package never even shipped we contacted the seller. No reply so we requested to cancel. Ebay tried to contact seller and nothing from seller. Now Ebay is saying the cancel request is denied and to WAIT for the seller to ship. We ordered this item on March 19 over a month ago. We just want a REFUND!!! I do not get why this is so hard because when I am the seller people are able to get refunds easily. ...
