Seller never shipped my item
I have two different sellers that I purchased items from last week that have not yet shipped my items. How long do they have to ship an item after purchase? It's already been 7 days with no action. There is no choice on the drop down menu to choose item never shipped. Oh and the sellers won't answer my messages either. This is so unprofessional. I feel like if I have to pay within a certain amount of time, which I always pay immediately, that they should also have the same amount of time to answer a buyer and to ship.
