Seller never shipped my item
I won a bid on 9/3/24 and seller has still not shipped the item and refuses to answer my requests for updates. Ebay keeps telling me to wait as "it may still arrive" but the seller has not even shipped it. How do I proceed ? I do want the item or at very least my money back

·2 years agoYou have to wait until the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid has elapsed. Until then the seller can still perform (and the absence of the item being marked as shipped is not proof that it has NOT been shipped).
If you don't get a package from the seller by the time the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid has fully passed, go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you haven't received the item, then follow instructions from there. If you haven't gotten the item as described or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.

Mentor2 years agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
