Seller never shipped item, Ebay case closed
Roughly 6 months ago I purchased an item from here. After about 3 months of waiting for said item to be shipped, I decided it was time to report the listing and hope for some sort of resolution. I had a case opened and closed rather quickly. No progress was made and now im unable to appeal the case. Im yet to hear from the seller and I dont think they plan on addressing me. Any advice for how to get this dealt with?

You must file a claim with eBay within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. The case closed because it was too late to file.
Call your credit card issuer and ask if they can still open a dispute for an item not received - most cards can help for 180 days.
