Seller never shipped item and took my money
Fraudulent seller strung me along for months and has sent nothing to me , I just want a refund . They are playing games now with the messages . I’m really starting to hate eBay because there is no recourse

Mentor2 years agoMonths? Buyers on eBay have thirty days from the last estimated delivery date shown in the purchase history to file an "item not received" case with eBay. The process is automatic once begun and does not rely on the seller responding to messages, only on the buyer asking eBay to step in if the seller does not cooperate.
If you failed to file a case or allowed the case to expire without asking eBay to step in, eBay can no longer help.
You may still have recourse through PayPal or your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months protection in many cases.
