seller never shipped item

I bought an item and I missed the 30 day return window for a refund. I contacted the seller to complete the sale, the seller started they could not find my address, which I found suspicious. I sent them information on how to find my order, and to contact eBay for help. I spoke to ebay rep they said to complete the report form. I have reported the seller as not wanting to complete the sale. how long is the process take and will I be likely to have a full refund?

You say you are past the 30 day return window, but you state you never received the item. so you have nothing to return. What was the estimated date of delivery as shown in the order details in your purchase history? If it has been more than 30 days from estimated date of delivery, you cannot file a Refund Request. If it is too late to file a refund request/item not received, you can contact the funding source you used to pay for the item to dispute the charge. Reporting the seller does not result in a refund.
