Seller never shipped item
so it's been months and a seller never shipped the item I paid for. I can't contact ebay about it because it just says a case is open and I have to wait for a reply from the seller, but they won't communicate.

The seller has 3 business days to respond. After that, go to your case and click ‘ask us to step in’.
