Mentor4 months agoIs there a particular reason why you did not take advantage of the Ebay Money Back Guarantee within 30 days from the latest estimated date of delivery?
As previously stated, you can contact the payment source you used to pay for the item to file a dispute.

OP4 months agoI buy alot of items online, so I kind of forgot that I had 30 days to report the items, also the seller sent me a message that the item would be with me in no time, provided a tracking number but nothing at all.

It's unfortunate that you didn't use eBay's Money Back Guarantee within the 30 day past the estimated delivery date protection period. At this point, try contacting your credit card company to inquire about a chargeback.
