Seller never sends the item
Seller said they were going to deliver the item.thus was around Christmas so seller said they were going to be in my area which is over 400 miles away. They said they dropped it off in my mailbox but never contacted me and item was not there. Case dragged on and on ebay never stepped in. Now I'm out the money and recently I see the seller has relisted the items. To sell again. How many times has this happened.

·2 years agoYou have to "Ask eBay to step in" within 21 days of opening the case. It doesn't just happen. Don't let it "drag on".
If you paid with PayPal you have 180 days from payment to file for item not received. Otherwise check with your credit card company or bank that you paid with/from.
