Seller never provided a tracking number. A week after notifying eBay of not receiving my TCL TV
I received no tracking number from the seller. I notified eBay over a week ago and was told to wait until April 13th to open a case. As of today the 14th I have not been able to speak with a live person for answers !!!

·2 years agoYou don’t need to speak to anyone. If you’re allowed to open a case today, locate the item in your purchase history. Use the available link to open an item not received case. The seller then has 3 days to respond. If no response, on the 4th day you can escalate it to eBay and they will force the refund.
