Seller never gave me a return our shipping label
Bough an item from a seller, It was defective, seller Never gave me a return shipping label, I never got paid back All I have is a broken Cuisinart top, No way to get in touch with eBay anymore to fix these things all I get is their stupid AI system and it doesn't work it goes in a loop, guess I won't be buying too much off eBay, at least nothing of value
Seller also never responded to any of my emails, this is a heck of a way to run a business.

Did you open a return for an item that was not as described? If not, do this...
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
