Seller never gave an invoice and cancelled my bid when I couldn't pay
I need help to know how I can ask eBay to update my records and deal correctly with a seller who made it impossible for me to pay for a purchase.
I bid for an item and won. When I tried to pay, I could not as seller was to provide a shipping bill which the Seller never did and instead sent me a message asking for my address. That is against eBay rules and I could not reply. Now seller has cancelled and made me appear as the bad one so that eBay has given me a warning. I need suggestions on how to get eBay to see how this seller handled things and deal with me correctly.
Any suggestions are welcome.
