You can’t change the listing after the sale - you can’t change what the buyer will pay - that has to be what was in the listing.
You can change the info when you buy the actual label, on the label purchase page you should see the weight and dimensions. If you don’t, you should see a link ‘advanced’ - click there and it should display all fo the info.
