Seller needs help with a sale
Buyer not responding, no payment made. No clear way on eBay to cancel order due to non payment and get the fees reimbursed. Is there a 1-800 number for customer service?

The buyer gets 4 full days to pay. On day 5, when you select cancel transaction, you will see 'buyer has not paid' as an option.
Customer service can not shorten this time frame.
