Seller need help with return item request by buyer
I sold an item and buyer request to return the item. I took a picture of item before shipping an item to buyer However, according to the picture sending by buyer, the item is total different from the item that I sent. When I click on return process from Ebay, it only gave me 3 choices which are, provide an Ebay, label, Upload a label and confirm you sent a lable. Those 3 options are required I as seller to pay for return item. but in this case the buyer is returning an item that not match to the item I sent. So do I have to send the buyer an return shipping. Whatif the buyer return the item that not which what I sold?
