all i get from ebay is automated assistant.. i want to open a case against this seller ,who has 82 percent positive feedback.. how do i get to starting the case? ebay is stalled on "he's provided a shipping labl, so ship it back.."

What did you do to get the shipping label ... open a 'return request' OR just message the seller.

If the seller sent you a prepaid shipping label with tracking in response to opening a case ... then it's safe to ship it back. You'll receive a refund regardless of whether the item ever reaches the seller ... if not from eBay, then from your credit card company if you call them.

[BTW, if the listing showed the Item Location as being in the US ... then you DO NOT have to return it outside the country. It is a violation of eBay policy for the seller to demand it.]
